GLAMPING: HAVE YOU TRIED IT?
It’s a strange word, isn’t it?
It first appeared in the UK in 2005 and is a combination of “glamour” and “camping.” Let your imagination run wild here! Anything you can dream up is probably part of this new phenomenon…
According to Wikpedia:
“Glamping is a portmanteau of glamour and camping and describes a style of camping with amenities and, in some cases, resort-style services not usually associated with “traditional” camping.”

Again, there is a huge range as to price, amenities and luxury level!
This one, called “River’s Edge” is from Tentrr, and is in upstate New York and is right on the Delaware River. Complete seclusion. At $120/night it seems reasonable.
At the other end of the price/luxury spectrum is this,
