Happy Weekend everyone!
We only have white ones here, in fact they are about the only thing left flooring now, but I pick them and put them in a vase on the kitchen table and they last for days, they are so pretty, somehow they remind me of spring rather then autumn!

Susan: CAn you even get pink ones over there? I do think the white are my favorite as they are just so unique and lovely. I need to plant more of them! Just put in some nice blue Asters today for color next fall: I’ve never had them before…
I don’t know but I am assuming we can, because they certainly get pink ones in the UK, so I would imagine they are here too, I’ve just never seen them. Lots of whites though, self seeded everywhere. We do have beautiful blue asters, but this year was so dry and still is that the garden was not at it’s best at all late summer and has really suffered ever since. Still no rain! Have a great weekend x

Marian: yes, it’s very dry here. In just what?, two weeks, we’ve gone from plenty of water to nothing. But, I’m not complaining: this extended summer/fall is fine with me!
These are lovely Libby. Someone in garden club just gave me a couple of anemones, I think they’re pink but hadn’t considered they could be white.

Hi Susie: Oh my, I’ve been trying to make it to the garden club meetings, but somehow there is always a conflict! Whether you were gifted white or pink…they are both lovely, I think. My neighbor gave me some of the deep magenta which I am also loving! Isn’t this weather just glorious?
